And this one is a doozy! It was actually Colt’s brainchild and a fantastic one at that. We’ve started referring to it as the Beautifully Brutal Bracket Bash (say that five times fast).
Beautifully Brutal Bracket Rules:
Each Monday – starting May 25th – we will post (on my Facebook Author page) the bracket(s) that need to be voted on. This will be done in the form of a voting post on the Nicole Edwards Author Facebook page. At the end of each post the winning prize will be selected and moved to the next level on the bracket. The losing prize will be given to a randomly selected winner picked from those who voted on that post. This will continue until the release week of Beautifully Brutal (releases June 16th) where the final two prizes will be voted on. The Friday of release week, there will be two random drawings. First will be the random winner of the bracket post, this person will receive the losing prize. Then a Grand Prize winner will be selected from every person that participated in the individual bracket games. (Names will be pulled from every bracket voting post. So each time you participated in a voting post that is one entry. So if you voted in every post your name will be entered into the grand prize drawing 15 times. If you only voted in 3 posts your name will be entered into the grand prize drawing 3 times and so on.) The grand prize winner will win the remaining bracket prize PLUS a mystery box of prizes worth over $450.Bracket post breakdown:

There will be 8 Voting Posts this week: Each day The first Voting Posts will be open by 10am CST and the second will be posted around 30 minutes later and both till 8am CST the next day.
Voting Posts 1 &2 – Monday, Voting Posts 3&4 -Tuesday, Voting Posts 5&6 –Wednesday, Voting Posts 7&8 – Thursday. Friday Post: the winning prizes will be shown in their new bracket spot and the winners of the losing prizes will be posted.
**Week two: June 1st:
There will be 4 Voting Posts this week: Each day’s Voting Posts will be open by 10am CST till 8am CST the next day.
Voting Post 9– Monday, Voting Post 10 -Tuesday, Voting Post 11 –Wednesday, Voting Post 12 – Thursday. Friday Post: the winning prizes will be shown in their new bracket spot and the winners of the losing prizes will be posted.
**Week three: June 8th:
There will be 2 Voting Posts this week:
Voting Post 13 will be open by 10am CST Monday till 8pm CST Tuesday.
Voting Post 14 will be open by 10 am CST Wed till 8pm CST Thursday. Friday Post: the winning prizes will be shown in their new bracket spot and the winners of the losing prizes will be posted.
**Final Week: June 15th:
This will be only the final voting post this week.
Voting Post 15 will be by from 10am CST Monday till 8pm CST Thursday.
Friday Post: The winning prize will be shown and the losing prize winner and the Grand Prize winner will be selected and posted.
